Argentina´s Localization - “Withholding tax of the “ingresos Brutos” according to the art.320 DN 01/04

Dear Experts,

My questions are regarding Argentina´s localization.

We have received an issue submitted by business area from Argentina with the following topic “Withholding tax of the “ingresos Brutos” according art.320 DN 01/04 ARBA”.

According to the law, the withholding tax percentage posted on the invoice´s payment can change monthly.

Questions:

Is there a standard solution for the withholding tax (localization Argentina) according art.320 DN 01/04 ARBA in Standard System?

If not, is there any workaround that allows the tax percentage updating automatically ?
